About Us

Our Story

Inspired by the works of the famous economist Milton Friedman, we set out to change how Education was financed, in early 2017. This was furthered by the sort of backgrounds we came from - one which valued Education above all else. This inspired us to leave our corner offices at some of the largest global banks to speak to Institutes and students across the length …

We are on a Mission…🚀 to revolutionize the face of financing for the entire education eco-system

    The Idea
A hot sweltering summer in Mumbai, about 20 teams in a podium pitching to one of the largest Global FinTech accelerators. Victor, Bibhu and Brijesh were probably the only guys in suits. The habit of suiting up was hard to leave after time at Global Banks. The idea they were pitching was of building specialized financial products for Education. They had met dozens of Banks, Institutes, students over the run-up to the pitch event. Ideas had formed and re-formed. What started with building Income shared equity financing products

    The Start
Victor and Brijesh found themselves in Kolkata now. Having spoken to dozens of Institutes for the opportunity of a pilot, one data science Institute at Kolkata had said yes. Having packed their bags, they were now speaking to students and parents at Ivy School. Once there were 10 students signed up, then began travels to Hyderabad to build a lending pipeline. No NBFC/Bank would partner with them given the low volumes and the only way was to raise lending capital through the Peer-to-Peer route recently brought in the Indian eco-system.
