How to Apply Online

To apply for the Bihar Pre-Matric Scholarship, candidates can go to the official website of the state's minority welfare department and look for the application link. After that, thoroughly fill out the scholarship application and send it to the State.bihar.gov.in/minoritywelfare.

1. All Child Development Project Anganwadi centers will have the application form available for those who wish to participate in this plan.
2. The maids at every Anganwadi facility will provide the application for this initiative at no cost.
3. To be eligible for this program, the applicant must complete the application in the format provided and turn it in, along with all required paperwork, to the relevant Anganwadi facilities.
4. The acceptance officer for this will be the Child Development Project Officer.
5. The Assistant Director will register the application form completed by the acceptance officer and provide it to the District Child Protection Unit.
6. The District Child Protection Unit's Office of the Assistant Director will assemble the list of applications and take the necessary steps to move the allotted funds to the beneficiary's parent or guardian's account.

Some important instructions to fill out the application form

1. To fill out the application form, it is mandatory to first register on the portal.
2. If your college's list is unavailable on the portal, you can add your university's name by contacting your university's Registrar.
3. Students are not permitted to submit the application form more than once.

All the essential documents are as follows.

• Student's photo – The size of the student's photo should be less than 50 KB, and the prescribed size is 200x 230 px.
• Student Signature – The size of the photo of the student's signature should be less than 20 KB, and the prescribed size is 140×60 px.
• Aadhar Card – A Black and white scanned PDF file of the student's Aadhar Card is to be uploaded, and the size of this PDF file should be 500 kb or less.
• Residence Certificate – A Black and white PDF of the residence certificate is to be uploaded, and the file size should be 500 Kb or less.
• Bank passbook's first page – The first page of the bank passbook should be uploaded as a black and white PDF file with a file size of no more than 500 kilobytes.
• Graduation Certificate/Passing Mark Sheet – A Black and white PDF file of the Graduation Certificate/Passing Mark Sheet is to be uploaded, and the file size should be 500kb or less.
