The Terms contained herein and in the Privacy Policy are applicable on the applicants/candidates and their representative’s alike and such candidate/applicant would be bound by the actions of their representatives. SI keyed in shall be required for enabling hassle free, faster and paperless (to the extent possible) processing of applications for desired courses so opted by you. The Company shall adhere to best industry practices including information security, data protection and privacy law while processing such applications and the SI interface where key in of SI is required shall not be stored. However, the Company shall not be liable to you against any liability or claims which may arise out of such transactions. You may only use the Website to search and apply for courses and to apply for loans, as may be displayed on the Website from time to time and you shall not use the Website to make any fraudulent applications. You agree not to use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or any local laws that might apply to you. Since the Website is in operation in India, while using the Website, you shall agree to comply with laws that apply to India and your own country (in case of you being a foreign national). We may, at our sole discretion, at any time and without advance notice or liability, suspend, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of the Website. A. The website is an intermediary for the candidates/applicants to look and enquire about educational courses and / or Skill Development courses and that the Company is not responsible for that is mentioned in the 'what you'll learn' page;
B. The Company is not an agent of the candidates nor the Company is an agent of the institutes that are providing such courses (c) the company is the sole owner of its IPR;
C. The payment option rests solely with the banks and that the Company is not held liable for any cancelled or fraud transaction;
D. Any discount promotional or otherwise will be at the sole discretion of the bank and / or Non Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and the Company shall not be liable for any breach;
E. All disputes will be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the place of arbitration shall be Delhi;
F. The Company has not conducted any background check on the Candidates hence the Company is not liable for their acts or omissions;
G. There shall be no refunds once the payment is made; and
H. The credit shall be at the sole discretion of our financial partners (lenders) while making any application through the Website for a course and/or financial product offered by such financial partners; the Company shall not be held liable for any delay, rejection or approval of any application made through its Website.
