NPS Scholarship Portal 

1. All new users must register via the National Scholarship Portal's Home Page.
2. To register again, click "New."
3. Decide which option you want.
4. It will open the page with the NSP  scholarship Guidelines for Registration.

Password Change (Required Step)

• Upon logging in successfully to the student portal at www.nsp.gov.in, the applicant receive OTP on registered number.
• Check the OTP.
• The password page must be changed, as instructed to the applicant. Proceed after changing the password.

Navigate to the Dashboard

1. Once the password is updated successfully, the student will get redirected to the exciting and user-friendly applicant's dashboard page. From there, they can access all the necessary information related to their application process.
2. To begin the application process, click "Application Form."
3. Complete all registration, academic, and other required fields.
4. Select "Save & Continue."
5. Enter the contact info, scheme specifications, and any other required document uploads.
6. To ensure you have provided the correct information, click "Save as Draft." • After you have selected the "Final Submit" option,

Kindly Note: Once submitted, applications cannot be changed. Therefore, it is essential that candidates double-check their information before selecting "final submit," as no changes will be accepted after that point.

How Can a Candidate Update Bank Information and Registration in NSP

1. Go to www.scholarships.gov.in, the official NSP website.

NSP Scholarship biometric authentication

The department will send a text message to the registered cellphone number of the students who submitted for the NSP Scholarship informing them of the candidate's assigned specialized institute for biometric authentication. Applicants must complete their verification by August 25, 2023, at the latest.  The CSC makes the arrangements for NSP scholarship biometric authentication in the relevant institutes while HoI and INO are present.

Documents Required for Scholarship

To finish the application procedure for any scholarship on NSP, students must upload specific documentation. However, students do not need to upload documents if their scholarship is for less than ₹50,000. A copy of the papers must be turned in to the appropriate school, college, or institute.
