Admission to medical courses is accepted at the Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Science, Bhilai. Candidates must pass the NEET-UG entrance exam, register for online counselling, and meet the NEET-UG cutoff in order to be admitted to the SSIMS Bhilai MBBS program. Similarly, candidates must pass the NEET PG entrance exam, satisfy the necessary cutoff, and apply for counselling in order to be considered for admission to the MD programs at SSIMS Bhilai.Before submitting an application for admission, candidates must fulfil the requirements for Shankaracharya Medical College Bhilai courses.

Application Process for Shri Shankaracharya Institute Of Medical Sciences

1. Candidates must apply for NEET PG registration and take the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), conducted by NTA.
2. After the results, an all-India merit list of the qualified candidates shall be prepared based on all India ranks in the merit list of the NEET (PG).
3. Candidates who clear the required cutoff for the NEET PG exam should apply for online counseling.
4. During the choice filling and locking, candidates must choose Shankaracharya Medical College Bhilai as their preference. Then, results are declared and allotment letters are given to candidates.
5. Selected candidates must complete the document verification process and pay the fee to confirm admission.

SSIMS Bhilai MBBS/MD/Paramedical Certificate Courses Admission

NEET UG is the only entrance test accepted by Shankaracharya Institute of Medical Science, Bhilai for admission to the MBBS course. The minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years.
