No, in India it's mandatory to clear NEET exam for getting into MBBS. 

What are the various fees to be paid at the time of registration for MBBS?

For deemed universities, the registration fees is Rs. 2000, while the security fees will be Rs. 2,00,000. For 15% All India Quota, central universities, AFMC and ESIC the non-refundable registration fees is Rs. 1000 for UR and Rs. 500 for SC/ST/OBC candidates, while refundable security fees is Rs. 10,000 for general and Rs. 5,000 for reserved category.
