SJES College of Management Placements

SJESCMS has a dedicated Placement and Career Guidance Cell which prepares the students to face the fiercely competitive corporate world by conducting training programs on communication skills, personality development, leadership and teamwork, aptitude training etc. The cell invites the leading companies to conduct interviews. At regular intervals, students participate in job fairs organized by the college. As per the data fetched from Shiksha students' reviews, the salary package offered during recent placements ranged between INR 4 LPA and INR 7 LPA. Along with a dedicated and active placement cell on the campus, a series of workshops and activities are planned for the students. In addition to this, a precise approach is followed to groom students for the final and pre-final year, and regular job fairs are organised to create awareness about the trends taking place in the industry. Wipro, Accenture, and Quess Corp among others were some of the prominent companies that recruited the students in recent SJES College of Management Studies placements.
