About BMS College of Engineering Admission

Admissions to the BMS College of Engineering open in January when KCET registration opens. Undergraduate course admissions are made based on the KMAT/COMEDK. BMSCE accepts KMAT and PGCET scores for admission to postgraduate courses. PGCET is used to determine admissions to M.Tech and M.Arch programmes. KMAT scores are accepted by BMS College of Engineering for MBA admission. Only Karnataka candidates who belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Other Backward Classes are eligible for any reduction in their academic qualifications.

Application Process for BMS College of Engineering

1. Candidates seeking admission must visit the BMSCE Bangalore official website.
2. From the official website, candidates should open the tab to fill the online BMSCE Bangalore application form.
3. While filling the form, candidates must fill in all the correct personal information.
4. Candidates will also have to upload the scanned copies of all the required documents.
5. After filling the form, candidates must pay the BMSCE Bangalore application fee.
6. After paying the fee, candidates can submit the form.

Documents Required For Admission

1. All the qualifying mark sheets.
2. Original Gate Score Card (only for Gate Students)
3. Certificate of Transfer
4. Caste Certificate wherein a candidate is from Reserved Category
5. Migration Certificate to be provided by the Non-Karnataka Students only
6. Recent Photos. (Passport Size)
7. Aadhar card and any other documents if required
8. Students allotted under special category quota (i.e.Kannada Medium, Rural, NCC, PH, Sports, Defence candidates, HK etc.,) are required to submit the relevant original certificates.

BMS College UG Admission 2024

BMSCE offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) / Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree at undergraduate level. The basic eligibility is having passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination. B.E. degrees have a 4 year duration. The B.Tech/B.E. degree is offered in 18 specializations. The following table shows the eligibility and selection criteria for UG courses:

BMSCE offers Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Technology (M.Tech.), Master of Computer Application (MCA), and Master of Architecture (M.Arch) at the postgraduate level. The basic eligibility is having a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject. M.Tech and MBA are 2 year courses. Candidates can get the application form from the college’s official website. After filling out the form, the candidates have to send the form along with the application fee to BMS Educational Trust, Bull Temple Road, Bangalore.

BMS College Ph.D Admission 2024

BMS college of Engineering offers various research programs. The admission is based on a Ph.D. entrance exam conducted by the college. The admission is based on the merit in the exam and candidate’s merit in qualifying degree. There are total of 8 Ph.D. courses offered in Engineering, 1 in management, and 1 in IT course.
