ICFAI University, Sikkim, established on January 27, 2005, offers UG and PG courses in Management, Science & Technology, and Law. Approved by UGC, its law courses are recognized by BCI, and it also provides Distance Education Council-approved correspondence programs.

Admissions can be done online or offline. UG applicants must have completed Higher Secondary Examinations, while MBA candidates require a graduation degree. Admission for most courses is based on academic performance and a Personal Interview. However, integrated law programs require scores from ILSAT, CLAT, or LSAT. Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks. Admission is based on a Personal Interview conducted at the university campus.

ICFAI University Sikkim UG Admission

At the undergraduate level, the university offers Bachelor's programs in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism Management, Commerce, Hospitality Management, and Computer Applications. Applicants must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 40% aggregate marks. For BCA, candidates must have studied Physics, Mathematics, or Commerce as a major subject. Admission to UG courses is based on a Personal Interview, conducted after the Admissions Committee reviews the applications.

ICFAI University Sikkim LAW Admission

ICFAI University, Gangtok, through its School of Law, offers three-year LLB and five-year integrated law programs (BBA LLB/BA LLB). Admission to the LLB program is based on academic performance in the qualifying exam and a Personal Interview, with a minimum requirement of 50% aggregate marks in a Bachelor's degree. For integrated law courses, selection is based on the candidate’s best five subjects in Class 12 and the ICFAI Law School Admissions Test (ILSAT). Candidates with valid CLAT or LSAT scores are exempted from the university entrance test.
