The iFEEL College Management Development Programme is for middle and junior-level managers or department heads with work experience. Students are taught how to lead a team, craft a management strategy, motivate staff, and allocate financial resources. The course is conducted with role plays, case students, simulations, classroom discussions, and workshops.

iFEEL’s Community Service Committee provides students with opportunities to give back to society. The committee organised a programme for students to teach English and Math to needy children. Nearly 300 village children have benefitted from this initiative.
The iFEEL Food Committee students are in-charge of finalising the canteen’s food menu. The canteen provides vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and Jain food to students.

The iFEEL conference hall is the ideal space for brainstorming sessions, student presentations, workshops, and lectures.
This committee organises fashion shows, dance competitions, solo singing, duet singing, dancing, and cultural competitions. Students get a chance to showcase their talents and interests.
The R.A.I.N lab was started by Dr. Sten Ekman and Dr. Analill Ekman. This lab gives students an opportunity to implement any product or service prototype. Creating prototypes helps students figure out whether the business idea is sustainable or scalable.
The iFEEL GCL gives students a chance to test out multiple business scenarios. Students need to commit six months to the initiative and conduct research.
