IIM Lucknow achieved 100% placements for its 2024 batch, with 576 students from PGP and ABM programs securing 634 offers. The highest package rose by 23% to INR 1.23 CPA, while the average package was INR 30 LPA. Over 250 domestic and international recruiters, including Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, Microsoft, and BCG, participated, offering roles in investment research, banking, market research, and operations. The 2025 summer internships also saw 100% placements, with 576 offers. The highest stipend reached INR 4 Lakhs, and the average stipend was INR 1.31 Lakhs.
