 What is the selection process for admission at IBA?

The selection criterion adopted by IBA is based on the score in CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT/ GRE/ GATE/ CMAT/ State Governments Entrance Tests like MAH-CET, KMAT, PGCET, etc.The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of marks in Entrance exams. Further, shortlisted candidates are required to appear in Group Discussion and Personal Interview. At last the final allotment of seats is based on the entrance score, academic score, work experience, statement of purpose, group discussion, and personal interview.

How does one apply for admissions at IBA ?

The candidates have to follow the given steps to apply for admissions at IBA:

1. Eligible Students can apply to IBA by filling the Online Application Form.
2. After successfully completing the registration process, applicants will receive an email for User ID and Password on their registered primary email id. 
3. Application Fee of INR 750 can be paid through Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / Demand Draft. After payment of the application fee and submission of the application form, students will receive a PDF copy of the filled application form on their registered primary email id.
4. Send a printed copy of the filled application form along with other documents as mentioned in an email received by a student after submitting Online Form.
5. Once the application is received by the Admission Department of IBA, Bangalore, the student will receive a confirmation call and an email from the admissions department.

Applicants who are in the final year of Bachelor’s degree, are also eligible to apply and the applicant must appear for any Entrance Tests accepted by the university and submit the photocopy of Score Card along with the filled Application Form.
