Scholarships of IRMA
- IRMA Scholarships
- IRMA offers 20 merit-based scholarships worth 1.17 crore INR for students enrolled in the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management) program. 10 scholarships are available in the general pool, and 10 are reserved exclusively for female candidates. The scholarship covers up to 50% of the tuition fee. In the first year, the scholarship is awarded based on the overall merit of the IRMA admission process. In the second year, the scholarship is awarded based on the student's academic performance, specifically their CGPA from the first year at IRMA.
- Mirae Asset Foundation Scholarship
- MAF offers six scholarships annually. Three scholarships are awarded to second-year students, and three scholarships are granted to first-year students. The scholarship amount is INR 5 lakhs per student per year. The scholarship amount will be reviewed and determined at the start of each year.
- SC scholarships
- This scholarship covers the full cost of education for SC candidates at IRMA. The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, has allocated 4 scholarships to IRMA for SC students. This scholarship includes tuition fees, non-refundable charges, lodging and boarding expenses, as well as the cost of books, stationery, and a personal computer.
- ST scholarships
- The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India (www.tribal.nic.in), offers scholarships specifically for ST (Scheduled Tribe) students.
- IDFC First Bank MBA Scholarships
- The IDFC First Bank MBA Scholarship aims to help talented students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds pursue an MBA or similar advanced degree at reputable institutions in India. Selected students receive a scholarship of INR 1,00,000 per year to cover their studies at institutes like the Institute of Rural Management Anand. This scholarship provides crucial support to enable these meritorious students to access quality management education.
- Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme
- The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme, based on AICTE guidelines, is offered at IRMA. This program allows students to attend IRMA without paying tuition fees.
