The Kousali Institute of Management Sciences, situated in Dharwad, was founded in 1976. It holds affiliation with Karnataka University in Dharwad and has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in New Delhi. The Kousali Institute of Management Studies (KIMS), located in Dharwad, Karnataka, is recognized as one of the most esteemed constituent colleges established in 1976.
