About SMVDU Admission

SMVDU is recognized among the top 100 engineering institutions and top 150 universities in India, according to the NIRF 2018 rankings by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The university offers six undergraduate programs, 14 postgraduate programs, and various PhD courses across four faculties: Engineering, Science, Nursing, and Management, as well as Humanities and Social Sciences. Selection Process of SMVDU

1. Candidates can apply for their desired course through the official SMVDU website.
2. Fill out the SMVDU Katra application form 2024 with all the required information.

5. SMVDU accepts various entrance exams like CUET UG, CUET PG, JEE Main, UCEED, CAT, MAT, GATE, etc., for admission to different UG and PG programs.
6. The selection process for SMVDU Katra admissions will be based on the entrance exam scores or national-level exam scores.
7. Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for their chosen program.
8. The final step in the application process is to pay the application fee online.

Admission at SMVDU

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), ranked among the top 100 engineering institutions and top 150 universities in India by NIRF 2018, offers over 20 programs across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels. The university provides programs through its four faculties: Engineering, Science, Nursing, Management, and Humanities & Social Sciences. Popular programs include BTech, MBA, MCA, MTech, and BArch. The courses are offered in full-time, offline mode, with fee ranges varying from INR 1.4 lakh to INR 5.28 lakh for undergraduate programs and INR 50,000 to INR 3.3 lakh for postgraduate courses. Admissions are based on entrance exams like JEE Main, CUET, CAT, GATE, and UCEED, with counseling rounds for final selection. Applications for most programs are closed, except for the BArch course.
