Founded in 2008, SOIL Institute of Management has been recognized with the SHRM's "Game Changer" Academic Institute of the Year Award. Business Today (BT) 2023 placed the school 20th among 1-year MBA programs and 62nd among Top B-Schools. In order to develop leaders with integrity, skill, and zeal, 25 NGOs and 32 top businesses collaborated to create SOIL. Postgraduate courses in business leadership, business design, and human resources are available through SOIL. With two contemporary campuses located in Gurgaon and Manesar (New Gurgaon), the AICTE-accredited SOIL Institute of Management serves over 5,000 students from all over India.

About SOIL Institute of Management

Avantika institution is a private institution located in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, that was founded in 2017. It is the first center-designed university in India, supported by the MIT Group of Institutions, Pune, which has a track record of more than 40 years in the higher education sector. Design, engineering, and management are among the undergraduate and graduate degrees offered by the university. A variety of entrance exams are used to determine admissions.

Students at Avantika University benefit from professional exposure and experienced coaching. The Career Services staff plans workshops, panel discussions, portfolio evaluations, and one-on-one career counseling for students. The most expensive bundle on offer was INR 27 LPA.
