St. Gregorios Dental College Admission

St. Gregorios Dental College (SGDC), located in Chelad, Kerala, is managed by the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christian Education Trust under the Jacobite Syrian Christian Church. The college offers a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program at the undergraduate level and a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) program at the postgraduate level, with the MDS course available in three specializations. Only Indian citizens from Kerala can apply for both BDS and MDS courses. Eligibility for the BDS program requires candidates to have completed their 10+2 studies with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, as well as 50% in Biology alone. Candidates with a B.Sc. degree in relevant subjects, also scoring at least 50% in the NEET exam, are eligible to apply. Admissions to the BDS course are based solely on merit determined by NEET performance, while candidates with a BDS degree can apply for MDS admission.

St. Gregorios Dental College BDS Admission 2024

St. Gregorios Dental College offers a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program that spans four and a half years, followed by a one-year rotatory internship. Admission to the BDS course is exclusively for Indian citizens from Kerala. Candidates must have completed their 10+2 studies with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects, achieving a minimum of 50% marks in the combined subjects and 50% in Biology alone. Those holding a B.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, or Bio-Chemistry, with any one or two of these subjects as subsidiaries, are also eligible. Additionally, applicants must secure at least 50% marks in the NEET entrance examination, as admissions are based solely on merit determined by NEET scores.
