SIBM Admission

Admissions to SIBM Bangalore courses are conducted based on both entrance exams and merit, depending on the specific program. Applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for their desired course. Candidates in the final year of their undergraduate program are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the required conditions upon completing their degree.

For MBA admissions, students must appear for the SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test) and go through the selection process, which may include group discussions, written ability tests, and personal interviews.

Application Process for SIBM

1. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST) from a recognized university. Final-year students can also apply.
2. Register for the SNAP test, the mandatory entrance exam for SIBM Bangalore, and pay a fee of ₹2,250 per test.
3. SNAP registration begins in August and ends in November, with exams scheduled for December and results announced in January.
4. After SNAP registration, candidates must apply separately to SIBM Bangalore by paying an application fee of ₹1,000 per program.
5. Shortlisted candidates based on SNAP scores will participate in the selection process, including Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interaction (PI).
6. The final merit list considers SNAP scores (50 marks), Group Exercise (10 marks), and Personal Interaction (40 marks).
7. The application deadline for SIBM Bangalore is in December, with the selection process conducted in February and results announced in March.
8. Classes for the MBA program begin in June, and all key dates and updates are available on the official SIBM Bangalore website.
