About Symbiosis Institute of International Business Admission

One of the components of Symbiosis International University is Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB). The MBA program at SIIB Pune provides several specialties, including energy & environment, agribusiness, and international business. The MBA-IB is the institute's flagship program. There are 210 seats available in total for the various MBA specializations: 30 seats for MBA (E&E), 60 seats for MBA (AB), and 120 seats for MBA (IB). The institute administers the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP), which is used for SIIB MBA admission. The GE-PI-WAT procedure, which consists of a written ability test, a personal interview, and a group exercise, will ultimately determine the final choice.

SIIB Pune Application Process 2024

1. To seek admission, interested students have to register themselves on the SNAP portal of Symbiosis International University.
2. Candidates must provide all the required details on the SNAP portal. Get the SNAP ID, and complete the registration and payment process.
3. Take the printout of the admit card for the SNAP Test and save it for further processing.

SIIB MBA Admission 2024

SIIB offers three specialized two-year MBA programs: MBA in International Business (IB), MBA in Agri-Business (AB), and MBA in Energy & Environment (E&E). The intake capacity for the MBA (IB) program is 120 students, while the MBA (AB) and MBA (E&E) programs have capacities of 60 and 30 students, respectively. The MBA (IB) program provides specializations in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resource.

SIIB MBA Eligibility

• Candidates must have a Graduation Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% for SC/ST candidates)
• Final year students can also apply but their admission will be provisional and subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying exam.

SIIB MBA Selection Criteria

• Applicants who will secure a valid score in the SNAP test are shortlisted by the Symbiosis Institute of International Business. Know more about SNAP Pattern & Syllabus.
• After shortlisting, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the GE-PI-WAT process for selection.
• GE-PI-WAT process is held at the SIIB Pune campus.
• Thus, the final selection comprises SNAP test scores and performance in GE, PI, and WAT rounds.
• Those who are selected will receive an email from the institute informing them about their selection.
