As per the annual report for 2022-23, a total of 291 graduates from Tamil Nadu Open University (TNOU) received offer letters with competitive salaries. Out of 30,594 students who participated, 5,235 were offered job opportunities, resulting in a 17% success rate. The average salary package offered to TNOU graduates ranged between INR 2.50 LPA and INR 3.50 LPA. In total, 63 organizations took part in the TNOU placements for 2023.
