Candidates seeking admission to courses with national-level entrance exams at UCMS Delhi such as MBBS, MD/MS/MDS, and DM have to first apply and appear for the respective entrance exam and then register for the MCC NEET Counseling. Candidates who are allotted a seat at UCMS during the MCC NEET Counselling are required to register for admission at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, Delhi University. For B.Sc and M.Sc, the candidates need to apply on the official website of UCMS.

• Medicomasti: It is the youth festival at the Perfect Health Mela organised by the Heart Care Foundation of India and MTNL.
• Ripple (UCMS): Ripple is the annual cultural, literary, and sports festival of the University College of Medical Sciences. It is organized in the second week of March each year for four days. People from MAMC, LHMC, VMMC, other Delhi University colleges, IIT, and Indraprastha University colleges come and participate in the events.  The complete budget of the festival is raised from the College Cultural Fund and various sponsors.
• Avalanche UCMS: It is the annual autumn cultural, literary, and sports festival of the University College of Medical Sciences. It is organized in the last week of September each year for two days. This festival is exactly similar to the Ripple which s organized annually. All the activities and domains remain the same and the same fun is there.
