The XLRI Placements for 2024 have reached a remarkable conclusion, achieving a 100% placement rate for both the PGDM BM and PGDM HRM batches. The highest domestic package offered was an impressive INR 75 LPA (which came from the BFSI sector), while the average package stood at INR 29.89 LPA. In total, 503 students participated, leading to 519 domestic offers being extended and 1 international offer. Notably, 33.39% of students were fortunate enough to receive pre-placement offers. A total of 154 recruiters participated in the placement drive, 65 of whom were new to the process.
