NMAT (by GMAC) is an important entrance exam for aspiring MBA candidates aiming to secure admission into top management institutes in India. With the NMAT 2026 test window approaching, understanding the NMAT syllabus 2026 and exam pattern is essential for effective preparation.

What is NMAT?
The NMAT syllabus 2026 is designed for the NMAT (formerly NMIMS Management Aptitude Test), now branded simply as NMAT by GMAC. NMIMS only accepts NMAT scores; it does not conduct the exam.
The NMAT is a computer-based test that assesses candidates on language, quantitative and logical reasoning abilities, and is accepted by NMIMS (5 campuses), SPJIMR, VIT Vellore Business School, BITS Pilani Business, ISB (select programs), XIM Bhubaneswar, ICFAI and several other B-schools.
