For TG EAPCET 2026, your rank will be determined solely by your performance in the entrance exam, as IPE (Intermediate Public Examination) marks will not be considered.
This change, which began in 2023, ensures that students are ranked based entirely on their EAMCET scores rather than a combination of board exam marks and entrance exam performance.
Since the exam is conducted in multiple shifts, a normalisation process will be applied to ensure fairness among all test-takers. However, while IPE marks won't influence your rank, the TG EAPCET 2026 syllabus will still be based on the first-year and second-year Intermediate syllabus.
