Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota—the organising body for the PTET exam 2025—has extended the application deadline to May 1, 2025. Initially set for April 7, the deadline was first extended to April 17, and it has now been further extended. The official PTET exam 2025 notification was published on the exam website, ptetvmou2025.com. 

Those who complete the application process successfully will receive their admit cards for the PTET exam 2025, scheduled for June 15, 2025. Applicants who clear the exam will be considered for admission to BEd (Single and Integrated) programs offered by participating colleges in Rajasthan.

Here’s the admission process for the Rajasthan PTET exam 2025: 

Step 1: Submit the Application Form

Candidates must begin by filling out the PTET Exam 2025 application form, which is available on the official website. An application fee of ₹500 must be paid online to complete the process.

Eligibility for PTET Exam 2026

PTET Exam 2026 Result

If candidates are unsatisfied with the college allotted to them, they may apply for "upward movement," which allows for a reassignment of seats.

College Allotment List 2026 

The PTET college allotment list contains the names of the colleges assigned to candidates who have passed the exam. This list is published on the official website of the exam conducting authority. After being allocated a college, candidates must confirm their admission by paying the required fee. Failure to pay the fee within the specified time may result in the cancellation of their candidature.

Steps After the Rajasthan PTET Seat Allotment Result 2026:

1. Report to the allotted college to begin the admission process.
   
   
2. If candidates are dissatisfied with their college, they can request a college upgrade, and their name will be included in the next seat allotment round.
   
   
3. Candidates satisfied with the allotted college must pay the INR 22,000 fee to confirm their seat.
   
   
4. Participate in the document verification process, where candidates must present original documents, such as their Aadhar card, photo ID, and educational qualifications, for verification. Do not submit or hand over original documents to anyone. Once the verification is complete, collect all the documents.
   
   
5. If there are still seats available after the allotment process, waitlisted candidates may be considered based on their merit. After the process is complete, classes for the 2-year individual programs or 4-year integrated programs will begin.
