TISSNET Colleges Admission Process 2025

TISSNET Colleges Admission Process 2025

The selection process for admissions into TISS MBA programs has undergone a significant change. Traditionally, the TISSNET was the primary entrance exam for admissions. However, from now on, admissions will be based on the CUET PG and CAT PG scores.

Listed below are the key stages of the TISS admission process.

1. CUET PG and CAT Scores

The first stage in the TISS selection process now revolves around the CUET PG exam/CAT PG exam, which evaluates candidates on various subjects relevant to postgraduate courses.

2. Pre-Interview Test (PIT)

Candidates who qualify based on their CUET PG/CAT PG scores will be invited to attend the Pre-Interview Test (PIT). The PIT is typically conducted either as a written test or a group discussion, depending on the specific requirements of the program.

3. Personal Interview (PI)

Following the PIT, candidates will face the Personal Interview (PI) round. In the PI, interviewers will probe candidates about their academic background, reasons for applying to TISS, their understanding of the program they’ve applied for, and their future career aspirations.

4. Final Merit List

After the PIT and PI rounds, TISS will release a final merit list that includes the names of the qualified candidates. This list will reflect the combined scores from the CUET PG exam, PIT, and PI rounds.

5. Counselling

Once the final merit list is released, candidates who have been selected will need to participate in the counselling process.
