VITEEE Counselling 2025 Dates(OUT), Process, Colleges, Fees!
The VITEEE 2025 Round 4 seat allotment result will be announced on June 10, 2025, and candidates can check it online at vit.ac.in. Phase 4 counselling registration and fee payment ended on June 6, with choice filling from June 7 to 8. Shortlisted candidates must pay the advance admission fee between June 10 and 16, 2025, while those admitted in Phase 3 must pay the balance fee by June 18, 2025. Admission confirmation is mandatory before the final date to avoid cancellation of allotment.
To be eligible for admission into the BTech programs at VIT campuses, candidates must participate in the VITEEE 2025 counselling process. During counselling, candidates are required to pay the counselling fee online and submit their preferences for courses and campuses according to their rank. It is important that candidates list their preferred VIT campus and course in order of priority. The counselling fee payment was accepted only through online methods such as net banking, credit card, or debit card; no other payment modes are allowed.

VIT Counselling 2025 Process
Navigating through the VIT B.Tech. counselling process requires a clear understanding of each step involved. Here's a detailed guide to help you through the entire process.
Step 1: Check VITEEE Rank
To check your VITEEE rank, go to the official website, www.vit.ac.in and follow these steps:
- To access the results page, click on the 'VITEEE 2025 Results' tab at the top of the home page.
- Before filling in your login credentials, scroll down and carefully read all the instructions.
- After you click 'Submit', your rank page will open with counselling dates at the bottom.
Step 2: Instructions and Declaration for VIT Counselling
Click on the 'Counselling Instructions' tab, read all the details and acknowledge the same by checking all the red boxes.
Step 3: VIT Counselling Fees
As you switch to the Counselling Fee tab, you can see the amount and guidelines for paying the non-refundable online counselling fee of INR 5,900.
- Click on the 'Proceed to Pay' option.
- You will be redirected to the 'Payment Gateway', where you can choose the most convenient payment option.
- An online receipt will be generated after the payment has been made successfully.
- Click on 'Click here to Download Receipt' to save it.
- Please note that if you do not get the receipt after the amount is debited from your account, wait for 2 hours before refreshing the page, and until that time, please do not pay again.
Step 4: Check VIT Counselling Schedule
Based on your VITEEE Rank, you can see your counselling schedule, which is divided into 5 phases: Phase 1 to Phase 5.

Step 5: Choice Filling
Carefully fill in your choice of campus and courses you wish to apply for according to your priority. Note that choice filling can be done at a particular time, and to keep track of your remaining time, VIT has enabled a timer at the top.
- Fill in Campus, Branch, Fee Category, and Specialisation and click 'Add & Save'.
- You can fill in as many options as you want.
- You can edit the priority from the 'Edit Priority' tab.
- View the list of your registered program and branch choices in the 'Registered Choices' tab.
Your seat allotment date will be displayed in the 'Seat Allotment' tab based on your phase of counselling. You cannot change the category, campus, or course once a seat is allocated.
