To be eligible for admission to the MBBS program candidates must have completed the 10+2/ HSC or an equivalent exam organized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore. This should include Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects along with English as a compulsory language. Additionally candidates should have achieved an aggregate score of no more than 50%.
Candidates who have finished or are in the process of completing their MBBS degree from a university acknowledged by the Medical Council of India and have also completed the mandatory one year rotational internship at an institution recognized by either the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council can qualify for entry into MS, MD and Diploma courses.
The university provides a three year M.Ch program with two specializations and one slot available for each field along with a two year DM course in Cardiology featuring two seats offered by the institution.
