Since 1993, the Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development—also known as SDMIMD—has been one of Mysore's top B-Schools. The NBA has accredited the institution and AICTE has recognized it. The SDM Education Trust developed a faculty that is associated with Tumkur University in Kerala and the University of Mysore.
Founded in 1993, the prestigious Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development is located in Mysore. The NBA has accredited the institution and AICTE has recognized it. For people with bachelor's degrees, SDMIMD provides PGDM, PGCM, and PGPSM among other courses within the Management stream.
In addition, the college offers doctoral programs to individuals holding master's degrees in related fields. Online applications are used for admissions, which are based solely on a candidate's performance on qualifying exams.The SDMIMD Placement for Batch 2023 is now complete. The maximum and average packages recorded by SDMIMD were INR 13 LPA and INR 9.8 LPA, respectively. A select group of recruiters participated in the SDMIMD placement drive, including Schnieder Electric, Capgemini, Infosys, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys BPM, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, EY GDS, and others.
One of the resources offered by SDMIMD is a library called the Information Resource Center, which supports research, teaching, and learning. Facilities at SDMIMD Mysore include a separate dorm for girls and boys, a canteen, well-equipped classrooms, a conference hall, IT support, a computer lab, and free Wi-Fi for students.
Additional campus amenities of the Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development include a seminar and workshop auditorium and a variety of indoor and outdoor game equipment for basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and shuttle badminton. The amphitheater on campus can accommodate 500 people in seats, and it serves as a relaxing gathering spot for students.
