Andhra University College of Engineering provides infrastructural facilities to the students and faculty such as a library with a collection of books, journals, sports facilities, and an auditorium to conduct seminars, conferences, etc. Various other facilities like the internet, etc., are also available for them.
This college has a very good reputation, and every year many multinational companies hire candidates from this college. This is one of the main advantages of this college, especially for the engineering department.
Eligible students have been provided merit social welfare/tribal welfare scholarships from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The PG GATE qualified students are given UGC/AICTE fellowships.
Student feedback for each teacher is collected every semester. Based on the feedback, the staff members whose rating is low are advised to improve teaching methodology. Every student has a teacher counselor and is advised to meet their respective counselors as often as possible to improve their overall personality.
Yes, applications can be made for the Entrance Test. On clearing it, a 'provisional' admission shall be allowed, but the admission will only be confirmed when the mark sheet with eligible aggregate is produced to the University.

Admission to the courses is based on the merit of the entrance exams. Students who fail to appear for the entrance exams are not eligible for admission.
