Ashoka University declared the results of its successful internship and employment programmes in 2023. With 383 offers, the university placed 351 students, achieving a 100% placement rate. The average salary package was INR 10.5 LPA, whilst the highest salary package experienced a significant 17% increase to INR 35 LPA. The most sought-after positions, making up 19.9% of placements, were in consulting. Notably, the Ashoka Scholarship Programme helped 185 students. Recruiters from Deloitte USI, Genpact, Indus Insights, Clix Capital, and The Convergence Foundation were among the 146 who took part in the placement drive. There were 490 offers made for internships, with the highest remuneration of INR 1.5 lakhs and the lowest of INR 15 K per month.
