Deccan Colle­ge of Medical Science­s began in the year 1984. It starte­d with the help of the Me­dical Council of India (MCI). This college works with Dr. NTR University of He­alth Sciences in Vijayawada. It has a MBBS program. This program has Pre and Para Clinical de­partments with 21 specializations. The colle­ge also wants to start MD, MS and PG Diploma courses. There­ are 5 specializations for MD, 14 specializations for MS, and 9 spe­cializations for PG Diploma courses. The college­ aims to educate many students in the­ medical field.

1. Candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board are eligible for admission to MBBS course.
2. The candidates who hold an MBBS Degree or Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized by MCI or State Medical Council are considered eligible to apply for MD, MS and PG Diploma courses.
3. Admission to MBBS course is given on the basis of the candidates’ merit in National Eligibility CUM Entrance Test (NEET-UG) conducted by CBSE.
4. Selection of the candidates for admission to MS, MD and PG Diploma courses is done on the basis of their merit in NEET-PG.

Application Process for DCMS 2024

2. Click on the Application notification link given on the home page.
3. Download the application form from the college’s website or obtain the same in person from the college’s Admission Office.
4. Fill all the details and send it via post to the Admission Cell of the College.
5. Candidates who are seeking admission to MBBS course have to submit the application fee of INR 1200 (for Category-A candidates) and INR 5000 (for Category-B & C candidates) through Demand Draft drawn in favor of the Principal, Deccan College of Medical Sciences, and Hyderabad.

Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad offers Regular MBBS course under Pre and Para Clinical departments with 8 specializations and Clinical Department with 13 specializations.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology or any optional subject with English with at least 50% (for General category) or 45% (for General-PH category) and 40% (for SC/ ST/ OBC category) for admission.

Selection of the applicants is done on the basis of their performance in NEET-UG conducted by CBSE.

Deccan College of Medical Sciences PG & Super-specialty courses Admission 2024: MD, MS, DM, M.Ch & PG Diploma

The college offers MS in 5 specializations, MD in 14 specializations, PG Diploma in 9 specializations, and Super Specialty course in 4 specializations. Candidates who hold an MBBS Degree or have Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate are considered eligible for admission to any PG course. For the MD and MS programs, the candidates have to qualify in NEET-PG while to secure admission M.Ch and DM programs NEET-SS score is mandatory.
