Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV), also known as Dev Sanskriti University, was established in 2002 at Shantikunj near Haridwar city. The university is recognized and affiliated with the University Grants Commission of India (UGC), Distance Education Council (DEC), and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD).

Application Process For Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya 2024
- To apply online, candidates can visit the website of the university.
- Applicants can fill the Online Application Form and pay through net banking/debit card/credit card. Online Processing fee of 2.6% will be charged over the Entrance Exam Fee of INR 750.
- Candidates can also download the application form from the official of the university.
- Send the filled up form along with mark sheet photocopies to DSVV and also with DD in favour of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, payable at Haridwar.
- Applicants can visit the university campus and get the prospectus on payment of INR 200 and fill & submit the same along with relevant attested mark-sheet photocopies to Registrar office along with Entrance Fee of INR 550.
- Applicants can order the “brochure+form” from the university by sending a Demand Draft of INR 250 in favor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, payable at Haridwar. You will receive the prospectus at the address mentioned in your letter.
