Eternal University offers a diverse range of 51 undergraduate and postgraduate courses across various disciplines. The university provides courses in fields such as Engineering, Science, Commerce, Management, Agriculture, Humanities, and Nursing, including popular programs like B.E. / B.Tech, B.Sc, and M.Sc. Admission to these programs is determined based on the candidate's performance in their last qualifying examination and valid scores in national entrance exams such as JEE Main for B.Tech, GATE for M.Tech, and CAT for MBA, along with internal assessments for certain programs. The university aims to provide quality education with a focus on both academic and practical knowledge.

Eternal University Scholarship

Eternal University offers several scholarship opportunities for its newly admitted UG and PG students for the academic session 2024-25. Scholarships are awarded based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, with the following tuition fee waivers:

• 95% & above: 75% tuition fee waiver
• 90% to <95%: 50% tuition fee waiver
• 80% to <90%: 30% tuition fee waiver
• 70% to <80%: 10% tuition fee waiver

For real sisters studying at the university, a 50% tuition fee waiver is provided to the elder sister until both are enrolled. Once the elder sister graduates, the second sister receives a 100% tuition fee waiver. Additionally, students whose parents have passed away due to COVID-19 are eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver for the duration of their degree. A 25% tuition fee waiver is available for wards of defense personnel, freedom fighters, and single girl children. However, students under the categories in (C) and (D) are not eligible for merit-based scholarships.
