Founded in 1999, Father Muller Medical College is a division of the Father Muller Charitable Institutions. It is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and connected to Bangalore's Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. The university, which has a Christian minority, offers graduate and postgraduate programs in the medical sciences.
It is well recognised that FMMC provides MBBS, B.Sc., and BPT courses. Four and a half years are allotted for MBBS and BPT programs, which include a mandatory one-year rotating internship term. The allied sciences B.Sc. program lasts three years and is full-time. English must be taken as a required subject and students must have passed the PUC scientific stream or an equivalent test to be eligible for undergrad studies.All MBBS admissions will be determined by the candidate's valid NEET score, which will be followed by KEA counselling. Admission to the BPT and B.Sc. programs is solely based on the results of qualifying exams in accordance with RGUHS standards.

A passing MBBS score is the prerequisite for admission to postgraduate medical degree and diploma programs. Candidates for M.Sc., MPT, and MHA degrees must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Candidates for admission to MS, MD, and PG diploma programs must apply for KEA counselling based on their legitimate NEET PG rankings. Applicants for admission to the M.Sc. and MPT programs must show up for the RGUHS-conducted PGET. Seats for the MHA course are distributed according to the results of the qualifying exam.
The college also provides urology Super Speciality courses. The course is connected to RGUHS and is available for three years. Applicants for M.CH. programs are required to take the NBE-conducted Super Speciality Entrance Examination (NEET SS). The minimal qualification needed to apply for admission is an MD or MS in the relevant field from an MCI-approved university.
