The Goa Institute of Management (GIM) has released its final placement report for 2023, and the results are impressive. A total of 460 students from the PGDM, PGDM-HCM, PGDM-BDA, and PGDM-BIFS programs were successfully placed, achieving a 100% placement rate. The highest package offered to a GIM student was an impressive INR 60.4 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 14.87 LPA. Additionally, 16% of the students received Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). The placement drive saw the participation of over 60 prominent recruiters, including companies like ABInBev, Johnson & Johnson, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Optum, and Asian Paints.
The GIM has also released the final report for its 2024 Summer Internship Placements, which again saw a 100% internship record. For the flagship PGDM program, a total of 47 recruiters visited the campus and made offers to 197 students. The highest stipend offered was INR 3 lakhs, while the average stipend stood at INR 83K.
The Goa Institute of Management reported the highest pay package of INR 55 LPA in the ITES/Operations sector, which was offered by Microsoft. Over 60 recruiters made placement offers at the Goa Institute of Management.
