The institute offers a four and a half year MBBS program that includes a required one-year rotating internship. The course has a total of 100 registrants. The All India Ranks from the NEET UG will be used to determine who gets admitted to the course.Candidates must have completed Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, or any other elective subject with English, and have been deemed eligible under NEET UG in order to be eligible. They must also have passed their class 12 test or its equivalent.
The institute also offers BPT, BOT, B.Sc. in Paramedical Sciences, and Bachelor of Optometry as additional undergraduate courses. These courses will run for four years, or eight semesters, and require a six-month internship. Furthermore, candidates for admission may choose from three different two-year diploma programs.
Recently, HIMSR launched postgraduate MD and MS programs in three specializations. For each specialization, there are three students accepted overall. Candidates must hold an MCI-recognized MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate.
A candidate will need to receive the minimum qualifying marks in NEET PG to be eligible. Candidates who have submitted an application for MD/MS admission to HIMSR will be chosen at random.
In addition, the institute provides MOT, MPT, and M.Sc. programs in three different specializations in paramedical sciences. These courses last for three years, or two years for MBBS candidates. Admission to these courses will be determined by admission exam results, interviews, and/or group discussions.
