The Medical Council of India has approved the private, non-profit, self-financing Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital (HMCH), located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is connected to Utkal University. The college provides postgraduate MD & MS programs in addition to an undergraduate MBBS education. The NEET entrance exam is the only determinant of admission, with national-level counseling coming next. Candidates must have earned at least 50% of the possible points in their 10+2 Physics, Chemistry, and Biology coursework (or 40% for SC/ST students).
