IHM Chandigarh offers two programs: a B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration and a Diploma in Food Production. The Diploma in Food Production requires candidates to have completed 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject, with selection based on their percentage of marks in the 10+2 examination. For the B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration, applicants must have passed 10+2 with English as one of the subjects, and admission is based on 10+2 performance and NCHM JEE scores.

The on-campus hostel accommodates 102 boys and 102 girls, with three students per room. Sports facilities include basketball and badminton courts and table tennis.
