The highest salary package recorded was INR 43.69 LPA, and the average salary stood at INR 19.43 LPA. Additionally, there was a significant 58% increase in the number of Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) received by students during their summer internships.
For the summer internship placement of 2025, IIM Trichy saw 326 offers extended to the PGPM batch and 37 offers to the PGPM-HR batch. The highest stipend was INR 3.60 Lakh, with the average stipend recorded at INR 1.20 Lakh.
