For the 2023 batch, the highest package was INR 25 LPA, and the average package was INR 12 LPA. The majority of the offers were in the Finance function (36%), followed by Marketing (29%). The IT/ITES sector emerged as the top recruiter, accounting for 35% of the placements. Roles offered included Business Analyst, Consultant, Management Trainee, HR Generalist, and Assistant Manager.
Regarding summer internships, IMT Hyderabad saw 97% of students receive stipendiary internships in 2023, with 70 companies participating. The highest stipend was INR 75 K per month, and the average stipend was INR 12.7 K per month. The final report for the 2024 summer internship placements is yet to be released.
