The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore courses are offered in various courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. The IIIT Bangalore courses include M.Tech, M.Sc, MS by Research, PG Diploma, and Ph.D. IIITB offers various specialisations for each programme at each level and it also offers integrated courses. The IIITB course duration varies for each course. The IIIT Bangalore fees depend on the course the student has chosen.
The IIITB facilities include a separate girls and boys hostel where students stay in individual rooms, and have 24x7 security, power backup, and free Wi-Fi network connectivity as well as access to recreational facilities. There are separate female gymnasiums.

Scholarship 2
Dean’s List Scholarship: students are selected for Merit-based Scholarships on the basis of the Dean’s List promulgated by the office of Deans every year. In case of B.Tech. and I.M.Tech. students, the students have to score 3.6 CGPA or more to get enlisted in the Dean’s List. Depending upon the availability of funds for scholarship each year, a certain percentage of students from the Dean’s List for Integrated M Tech students are awarded a scholarship of Rs 50,000/- per year.
