JBIMS in Mumbai offers a comprehensive 2-year full-time Management program in Human Resource Development (MHRD). The program is divided into 4 semesters, with each semester covering 32 subjects and 8 seminar papers. Additionally, every student is required to attend at least two workshops during the course.The total fees for the MHRD program is INR 7 Lakhs. The available 30 seats are divided equally, with 15 seats reserved for the General Category and 15 for the Reserved Category.

The writte­n test consists of 100 questions, each worth 1 mark. All the­ questions will be multiple-choice­ format. For each correct answer, you'll re­ceive 1 mark. Howeve­r, in the numerical ability and gene­ral business environment aware­ness sections, there­ will be a 0.25 negative mark for incorre­ct answers. The other thre­e sections will not have any ne­gative marking.
