Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Academy of Technical Education, also popularly known as JSS Academy of Technical Education (JSSATE), is a leading engineering institute located in Bengaluru. JSSATE was established in the year 1997 and falls under the umbrella of JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysore. Library:

‍JSS Academy of Technical Education Bengaluru boasts of a centralised library of 2018.18 sq.m. area. The library comprises a collection of more than 42,500 documents and is automated using LIBSOFT software that can be accessed through the web.

Hostel:

JSS Academy of Technical Education Bengaluru includes two hostels, one for girls and one for boys. Both these hostels have the capacity to accommodate approximately 315 and 450 girls and boys, respectively.

Sports:

The institute is active on the sports front, and has been organising many events like VTU Inter-Collegiate, Bengaluru South Zone Cricket Tournaments, Inter-zone sports events, and Women’s zonal matches for students under 14, 16, and 19. The indoor and outdoor activities held by the institute include cricket, football, volleyball, throwball, yoga, table tennis, carrom, basketball, and chess.
