What is B.Des Global Design Programme and how can I secure an admission?

The vision of UID 's four-year Global Design Program is to provide a unique & unparalleled international educational environment. In addition to a 'home-base' center at UID – Ahmedabad, each student spends an integrated alternative semester at each of Europe, Australia & UK's other partner institutions. The students can spend three semesters abroad in total – Semesters 3, 5, and 7. To secure a seat in this program candidates must qualify 10+2 with a minimum of 50% and appear in the Design Aptitude Test [DAT] by UID. Admission will be solely based on Merit. What is the admission procedure to secure a seat in LL.M.?

Unitedworld School of Law, Uvarsad, Gandhinagar offers a one year LL.M programme with the following specializations: Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law and Security Law and Human Rights Law. To apply for a one year full time program of LL.M. Three or Five Year LL.B Degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognized by the UGC with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade [45% for SC/ST Candidates]. Candidates who have appeared for the final year LL.B examination may also apply. There is an intake of 60 students for this course. Admission will be based on merit prepared based on entrance examination [70%] and personal interview [30%]. Karnavati University conducts KU-LAT enterance exam for LL.M. and INR 2000 is the application fee. 

How is Karnavati University’s Placement?

Karnavati University offers both UG and PG courses with placements and internships. The university has a placement cell for the career service at all the constituent colleges. It proactively provides a platform which facilitates vibrant and continuous interaction between academia and industry. Yes, College is approved for admission in Ph.D. Courses. the college offers a Ph.D. in the areas of Management, Law, Design, Dentistry

Does the college have any cell to support the business-minded students in college?

Yes, College has a well-established incubation and Innovation Foundation (KIIF) which mainly focuses on Operationalizing the business, legal and regulatory compliances, Business model creation.

Are there any Diploma Courses offered by the Institute?

No, College does not offer any diploma courses. They have five different institutions that offer degree courses in multiple disciplines.

Does the college provide transportation services?

Yes, College does provide transportation services to the students. They have pickup and drop facilities by A.C. Buses.

What is the annual intake capacity of students at Karnavati University?

The annual intake is approximately 4,000+ students every year from more than 20 states.

Is there a cut off trend in Karnavati University admission criteria?

Yes, there is no cut- off criteria in Karnavati University. Students are required to present their entrance test scores in the application form on the basis of which college generates a merit list and selects the students.
