KL (Deemed to be) University offers B.Tech, Integrated B.Tech, B.Pharm, and B.Arch programs in various specializations at the UG level. The basic eligibility criteria are 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 60% marks in the related subject group. For admission to B.Tech, the candidate should fulfill the following required eligibility:
B.Sc, BCA, BA, B.Com, LL.B, BBA & LL.B programs are offered in different schools of KL University. 10+2 pass candidates are eligible to apply for these courses except for LL.B for which Graduation degree is mandatory.
Merit-Based admission is offered in BA and LL.B courses while students have to qualify in the written test and interview to secure admission in BBA, BBA+MBA, B.Sc, BHM, BCA and B.Com programs. Final admission is granted on the basis of an interview round.
The minimum eligibility criteria for M.Tech. program is a relevant BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc degree with an aggregate of 55% marks. MA/ M.Com, MBA and M.Sc programs also require a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
M.Tech, MA, M.Com and M.Sc admission is based on candidates’ performance in academics followed by an interview. In case of M.Tech. program, GATE qualified candidates are also eligible to apply.
MBA program requires a valid score on KL (Deemed to be) UniversityBSAT conducted by the university or score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ICET followed by an interview.
