KMM College of Arts and Science (established in 2008) is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University (MGU) located in Kottayam. This institution provides a diverse array of programs: B. Com, B.Sc, M. Com, M. Sc, BA, BCA, BBA, BSW, MA, MCA, MBA and MSW. However, it offers these courses at both the undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) levels. Because there are a total of 600 seats available for UG courses and 200 for PG, students have various options to choose from. Application Process for KMM College Of Arts And Science

1. Visit the CAP-MGU website and create Password and ID and a Password.
2. After filling the application form, the candidates are required to pay the application fee by clicking on the ‘PAY NOW’ button which will redirect them to the Online Payment Gateway. The candidates can use Debit Card/ Credit Card or Internet Banking facility to make an online payment.
3. After remitting the fee, fill personal details, academic eligibility and the options correctly.
4. MGU will publish UG allotment lists from June 7, 2021 to August 28, 2021 and PG allotment lists from August 24, 2021 to October 10, 2021.
5. If allotted a seat, the candidates must report to the college for further admission procedure by August 29, 2021 (UG) and November 13, 2021 (PG).

Documents Required for Admission

1. The Allotment Memo received online
2. Date of Birth Certificate
3. Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
4. Mark lists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.
5. Mark lists for all parts of Bachelor’s degree examination or equivalent. (If applicable)
6. Eligibility Certificate issued from MGU, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes except for CBSE/CISCE
7. Migration Certificate, if applicable.
8. Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates.
9. NCC/NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.
10. Certificate in original in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer
