PACE Admission

PA College of Engineering (PACE), established in 1999 in Mangalore, Karnataka, is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and offers B.E., M.Tech, MBA, diploma, and research programs (Ph.D., M.Sc. in Engineering). Admission to B.E. is based on KCET, requiring Class XII with Physics, Mathematics, and a 50% aggregate. M.Tech and MBA require a bachelor’s degree with 50%, with admission through GATE/PGCET (M.Tech) or PGECET/KMAT/NEET/CAT/MAT/XAT/TANCET (MBA). Research programs require a master’s degree with ULRAT scores.

Application Process for PACE

1. Applicants can apply online through the official website of PA College of Engineering (PACE).
2. The application fee varies depending on the course selected.
3. For undergraduate programs, candidates must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects, securing a minimum 50% aggregate in Physics and Mathematics.
4. Admission to B.E. programs is based on Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) scores.
5. For M.Tech and MBA programs, candidates need a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% marks.
6. Admission to M.Tech requires valid GATE/PGCET scores, while MBA is based on PGECET, KMAT, NEET, CAT, MAT, XAT, or TANCET scores.
7. For research programs like Ph.D. and M.Sc. (Eng.), candidates must have a master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 6.75/10 or first-class in the bachelor’s/master’s degree.
8. Admission to research programs is through the University Level Research Aptitude Test (ULRAT).
