Located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, Pacific Medical University is a private university that was founded in 2013 under the auspices of the Tirupati Balaji Educational Trust. Pacific Medical College and Hospital, Pacific Dental College and Research Center, and Pacific College and Physiotherapy are the three constituent colleges of the university.
At the undergraduate level, Pacific Medical University Udaipur offers BDS and MBBS. Additionally, the university offers BPT and B.Sc. programs in a number of disciplines. The university also offers MPT and M.Sc. programs in seven specializations at the postgraduate level. In addition, it offers a diploma in pharmacy, and the program includes courses in midwifery and nursing.
The Medical Council of India (MCI) has granted the university approval to provide MBBS and BDS programmes. For the academic year, the college has approved 127 places for MBBS students and 85 seats for BDS students.
A passing grade of at least 50% in the HSC (10+2) test with required courses of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology is the minimum requirement for admission to the MBBS and BDS programs.NEET UG is used as the basis for admission to MBBS and BDS programs.
As part of its undergraduate program, the University provides B.Sc. (3 years + 6 months) in four subjects, B.Sc. (Nursing) for four years, and BPT (4 years + 6 months).Physics, Chemistry, and Biology were required for the HSC (10+2) course that the applicant applying for admission to the B.Sc. and BPT programs needed to have finished. A candidate for the B.Sc. (Nursing) program must have completed the science stream in their 10+2 exam.
The grades from the most recent qualifying exam determine admission to every course.
Seven fields are offered as M.Sc. courses at Pacific Medical University. As part of its postgraduate curriculum, the Institute also provides MPT in two disciplines.
To be eligible for an M.Sc., candidates must have completed a B.Sc. in Biology, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, B.Pharm, or a related field. A BPT degree is required for MPT, and a B.Sc. (Nursing) from an accredited university is required for M.Sc. (Nursing).
All courses are admitted based solely on the candidates' performance on the qualifying exam.
The candidates can do GNM and D.Pharm courses at the university.
A candidate for GNM must have passed the 10+2 exam in any stream. A recognized university's 10+2 examination in the science stream is a prerequisite for the D.Pharm program.
Admission to the diploma program is determined by the scores on the qualifying exam.
