Application Process for SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital

1. Go to KEA web Portal www.kea.kar.nic.in and register for admission.
2. Pay registration fee of INR 750 for BDS course (INR 1000 for PG course) as registration fee.
3. After the successful registration, the candidates have to undergo document verification process at the Verification Counter.
4. KEA will retain one set of the attested photocopies of all the documents of those candidates who have completed the verification process successfully.
5. An acknowledgement cum verification slip and a high-security secret key will be issued to the candidates.
6. The candidate has to use this secret key to register and create a password to login to online option entry portal.
7. Eligible candidates after verification after verification will be considered for entry of options and for allotment of seats.

1. Income Certificate.
2. Kannada Medium Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO, for the candidates claiming Kannada Medium reservation benefits.
3. Rural Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO.
4. Caste Certificate, for the candidates claiming Reservation benefits.
5. A valid certificate for candidates claiming Hyderabad-Karnataka Region.
6. Domicile Certificate.
7. Valid affidavit of the candidate who claims eligibility under Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga clauses.
8. Identity card.
9. Minority Certificate.
10. Study certificate for having studied in Karnataka for 10 years including either 10th or 12th in Karnataka to claim Minority seats.
